Pair Foundation Solutions was contracted by Carothers Construction to install 20 Chance new construction piles and 42 Chance underpinning piles to support a new slab on grade and existing CMU wall on the new White Elementary School in Ft. Benning. These piles were designed into three different categories to accommodate varying load requirement and soil characteristics. Chance material installed predominately consisted of SS5/RS2875 combo piles with an 8″-10″-12″-14″ helix configuration with a target torque of 5,500 ft-lbs.
