Pair Foundation Solutions teamed up with Brasfield and Gorrie in Douglas, Ga to install 12 Chance new construction piles for a new generator pad. Each pier was required to carry a working load 30kip/60 kip ultimate and was achieved by installing Chance RS2875.276 pipe shaft to a minimum torque of 7,500 ft-lbs. for a safety factor of 2.0. Due to time constraints with the hospital, installation was quick only taking half a day and allowed the concrete contractor to set forms and pour the following day to help eliminate potential downtime of hospital operation.
