PROJECT OVERVIEW

This project included the construction of a 26-ft steel tower equipped with scientific monitoring equipment and a corresponding instrument hut to house data collection tools. The area immediately surrounding the tower and instrument hut was preserved to maintain the environmental integrity of the area during construction. Elevated boardwalks were installed around the tower and hut for access and to minimize the site disturbance.

Pair Foundation Solutions partnered with Milender White Construction to install 4 guy anchors using Chance SS175 material to a target torque of 8000 ft-lbs. All 4 guy anchors were installed to a depth of 45 ft to accommodate the required tension load needed to support the tower.
